Booth Selection
Booths are rented on a first come, first served basis. Booths 10x20 and larger will have booth map choice once order is placed. Call the office for your selection and to check availability. 509.903.5211
10x10s will be assigned their space.
Important Event Information
Booth setup begins at 5PM - 8PM on MAY 15TH and continues 7AM-9:30 AM MAY 16TH. Booths must be completed no later than 9:30AM on MAY 16TH. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. All electrical set up will be subject to inspection by the fire marshall the day of the event. See complete terms & conditions HERE.
